Jeanel P.C.M. Berkers has called Costa Rica home for more than 30 years. In 2003, she founded one of the first established real estate agencies serving the Mal País and Santa Teresa area, earning a reputation built on integrity, local expertise, and a genuine commitment to her clients.
Over the past two decades, Jeanel has developed an extensive understanding of the local real estate market by working closely with property owners, investors, developers, attorneys, surveyors, and government institutions. Her knowledge extends beyond traditional real estate transactions to include concession properties, zoning regulations, land use, and the unique legal framework that governs Costa Rica’s coastal areas.
In addition to her real estate career, Jeanel is the founder of Savannah Xtreme Tours & ATV Rental, a locally owned adventure company created to help visitors experience Costa Rica beyond the beaches. Through guided ATV tours, ATV rentals, surf lessons, and outdoor adventures, she has introduced thousands of travelers to the hidden waterfalls, mountain trails, scenic viewpoints, and authentic local culture that make the Nicoya Peninsula so unique.
